- Principal Protection is an insurance guarantee issued by M1 Specialty Assurance Ltd. It applies only at plan maturity and is subject to the continued solvency of the issuing insurer.
- Principal Protection is void if premiums are not paid within the applicable grace period, or if the plan is subject to premium reduction, policy loan, partial withdrawal, or surrender before maturity.
- A minimum 20% allocation to the Bloomberg Global Aggregate Bond Index is required. Up to five equity indices may be selected.
- Charges shown are current and may change.
- The Index Spread Charge is deducted monthly from index-linked returns.
- Loyalty Bonuses are payable only when the applicable eligibility requirements have been satisfied.
- Early surrender charges apply in accordance with the governing policy documents.
- Partial withdrawals require a minimum surrender value of US $2,500 and a minimum withdrawal amount of US $600.
